You can talk to engineers about API architectures and cloud infrastructure and then pivot to write customer-facing content in a way that’s accessible and engaging. You get a kick out of making complex topics clear, and love the challenge of distilling technical jargon into easy-to-understand value props. You’re good at this. You can research and understand technical concepts, synthesize information from various sources, and then weave it into compelling narratives. Communication, Communication, Communication. You have excellent written and verbal communication skills. You can explain complex concepts clearly and concisely.
