We are TaTeeTaTa – a small tea factory in Inzell, where heart, creativity and genuine relationships count. Our teas are small messages that connect. And precisely these messages want to carry them outward: honestly, warmly and with feeling for people.

To do this, we're looking for someone who doesn't just make marketing, but understands it. A person who enjoys developing content, telling stories and making our brand visible through various channels – together with our graphic designer, in close exchange with the team.

The position is part-time (20-24 hours) to be filled and will only take place on-site in Inzell. Because good marketing lives with us from shared thinking, quick alignment and direct interaction.

Aufgaben

• You develop and steer our marketing content through various channels (Social Media, Newsletter, Onlineshop, PR).
• You plan, produce and publish Social-Media-Content (mainly Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest) – from text to story to reel.
• You develop texts that really reach our target groups – through various channels.
• You develop themes, series and seasonal focuses and tell our brand consistently further.
• You actively use PR requests (e.g. from publishers like Funke or Burda) and develop suitable topics and stories. Additionally, you work out a press distributor to proactively shape the topic.
• You work closely with our graphic designer together and translates design into effective content.
• You observe what works, evaluate results and continuously develop our marketing work further.
• You bring in your own ideas, recognize opportunities and boldly sets them in motion.

Qualifikation

• You have marketing in your blood – with a strong sense for content, language and people.
• Very high text security: You write clearly, emotionally and brand-conform – through all our channels.
• Fundamental expertise in Social Media and content creation – from text to story to video.
• A good understanding of brands, target groups and channels (B2C and B2B).
• You work structured, independently and think in connections rather than individual measures.
• Eigeninitiative, curiosity and joy in trying out and further developing things.
• Team spirit and enthusiasm for close cooperation – especially with our graphic designer.
• A good feeling for aesthetics, without having to design yourself.
