To strengthen our team, we are looking for a Marketing Content Manager (m/w/d) part-time, who builds up our brand, makes our projects visible, and strategically develops our digital presence.

Your Role

As Marketing Content Manager, you make our projects and services visible to the outside world and actively develop our brand. Your focus lies on independent creation and implementation of content, particularly in the field of video, from idea to publication and optimization. You work closely with our project teams and bring your own impulses into our marketing and content strategy.

Tasks

Content Strategy & Brand Building

• Implementation and further development of our content marketing strategy with focus on efficient implementation
• Active shaping and further development of our brand presence with focus on quality, speed, process clarity, and design-oriented renovations
• Independent development of content ideas and storytelling approaches to represent our projects, workflows, and company strengths
• Planning, structuring, and implementation of content campaigns and themed content series
• Proactive further development of the content direction and bringing in your own impulses for positioning the brand

Content Creation

• Independent planning, production, and editing of photo-, video-, and text-content
• Active content creation directly on construction sites and in ongoing projects
• Creation of contents for social media, website, and other marketing channels
• Participation in the development of project case studies and reference reports

Social Media & Website

• Planning and structured publication of content on our social media channels
• Ensuring a constant, high-quality content output through clear editorial planning
• Further development of our social media presence with focus on reach, visibility, and inquiries
• Support in website content and SEO in line with the overall strategy

Project Communication

• Independent and proactive coordination with project leaders to identify relevant project phases and content opportunities
• Planning and coordination of dates for documenting important construction progress and milestones
• Documented renovation projects through photo- and video recordings in decisive project phases
• Presentation of construction progress and highlights
• Creation of before-and-after-content to clearly represent project results

Performance & Analysis

• Analysis of content performance based on relevant KPIs (e.g. reach, engagement, inquiries)
• Ongoing optimization of content, formats, and publication strategies based on performance data
• Identification of successful content approaches and derivation of concrete improvement measures
• Closely working with our web developer to align performance data and overall marketing key figures
• Fundamental understanding of conversion, user behavior, and content impact for targeted further development of the contents

Requirements

• Safe handling of photo- and video production as well as independent editing of content
• Experience in the field of content creation, social media or marketing with focus on independent implementation
• Readiness to regularly work on construction sites and in projects, producing content actively
• Structured, independent working style with high standards for speed and quality
• Good sense for visual contents, storytelling, and current content trends
• Strong interest in topics like interior design, renovation, real estate, and architecture
• Understanding of how content contributes to generating visibility and inquiries
• Degree or training in marketing, communication, media, or comparable fields
• Experience with tools like Meta Business Suite, Canva, or Adobe Creative Suite as well as CMS systems like WordPress is advantageous
• Fundamental knowledge of SEO and online marketing is advantageous
• Very good German language skills and very good English language skills (content creation in English is central)
