We are looking for an aspirated Marketing Manager to join our Brazilian Marketing team. We are looking for an experienced Marketing Manager with strong expertise in ATL media strategy and brand communication skills, capable of leading ATL campaigns, Media KPIs and PR efforts that strengthen Novibet's brand presence in Brazil. This person must combine strategic brand thinking with hands-on media planning and execution oversight, ensuring creative consistency, timely deliveries, and measurable impact on the market. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the Brazilian marketing landscape, be able to develop and execute innovative marketing strategies, and maintain excellent relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners. The role requires a high level of autonomy, self-motivation, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
