To strengthen our marketing team, we are looking for you immediately as a Marketing & Communications Manager (m/w/d) – in full-time, part-time or hourly basis.

Tasks

• Concept, production, and editing of content (image, video, text) for our channels – from Social Media (LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, Facebook) to the website to employer branding material.
• Development and implementation of marketing and content campaigns that strengthen brand awareness and employer branding.
• Editorial planning over the content calendar as well as community management.
• Production of image and video material for posts, stories, and reels – together with the marketing team.
• Metric measurement and optimization of performance based on KPIs and current trends.
• Trend research, development of new formats, and coordination with internal teams, service providers:innen, and agencies for a uniform brand communication.

Qualification

• Experience in content production, marketing, or as a content creator:in – with profound knowledge about the relevant platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube).
• Creativity and a good sense of what works.
• Safe handling of tools like Canva, Photoshop, Premiere Pro or comparable graphic/video programs.
• Analytical skills and numerical understanding to optimize your content strategy.
• A self-contained, structured work style with hands-on mentality.
• Communication strength and team spirit.
