Manage all hotel digital marketing channels including producing content for social media, as well as developing and maintaining an e-marketing calendar for promotional purposes.
Undertake the production of hotel and promotional collaterals including, but not limited to, posters, flyers, digital signage and brochures.
Liaise with various agencies on the production of collaterals, advertising and online materials.
Manage all paid media expenditure from creative to production to appearance and post-campaign assessment.
In charge of all areas of design activities from conceptualization to production of marketing promotions in the areas of F&B, rooms, meetings, weddings, catering collaterals, marketing and promotional materials and show case displays.
Coordinate hotel advertisements, barter deals and sponsorships.
Organise and oversee the hotel’s photoshoots and filming requests.
Monitor media mentions and maintaining a library of hotel clippings.
Conduct media site inspection and hotel tours.
Researching and analysing competitors and competitor activity, identifying new opportunities.
Work closely with Corporate Office to ensure consistent application of brand guidelines for all marketing communications collaterals, hotel amenities, signage, etc.
Actively solicit opportunities with media and corporate partners with similar target audiences to develop mutually beneficial promotional opportunities.
Manage and develop the hotels’ online reputation including microsite, brand website, third party content and online partnership platforms.
Manage the hotels’ media databases and communicate regularly regarding promotions and events.
Assist with the creation and implementation of all hotel and F&B promotional plans.
