We are Prematch, founded in 2021 in Cologne, a dynamic startup with smart and "hungry" team members. Our Marketing- and Business-Team sits in Cologne, Berlin & London, our Tech- & Product-Team works remotely across Europe.

We receive backing from strong partners like adidas, Krombacher, NIVEA MEN, and the Techniker Krankenkasse – and have 1-2 exciting collaborations in the pipeline. Successful investors like Ralf Reichert (CEO of ESL) or Verena Pausder support us on our way.

For this we need you

Our marketing and communications measures with leading sports brands are currently being implemented with the available resources. As a result, we are increasingly reaching capacity limits when planning, coordinating, and implementing campaigns, and cannot always fully exploit potential for our partners. With this role, we want to bring additional marketing and communication power into the team to strategically expand our partnerships and ensure long-term high-quality implementation of our campaigns.

Your Tasks

• Development and further development of communications and marketing measures with leading sports brands in the Teamwear area
• Addition of marketing and communication capacities to implement campaigns and initiatives at a high level and speed
• Development of new communication formats, as well as operational implementation and scaling of successful measures
• Analysis of performance through implemented initiatives and derivation of optimization potential
• Strengthening the strategic partnership with leading sports brands through professional and effective activations along the customer journey

What you need

• Experience: You bring at least 3 years of experience in marketing communication
• Languages: You speak fluent German and English
• Social Media- & Content-Marketing knowledge
• Community management experience
• Newsletter marketing
• First experiences with paid ads
• Partner management
• Tools: Notion, Slack, Claude

Of advantage, but not a must

• Prior experience in the area of (Sports) Brands or (Sports) Retail
