Marketing & Communication Manager (m/w/d)

A seasoned marketing personality who is responsible for and implements marketing & communication at Adam & Eve in a holistic manner.
You think strategically, have a strong sense of beauty & lifestyle, and set measures not only but also bring them to life yourself.

Your Tasks

• Development and implementation of marketing and communication strategies
• Responsibility for all communication channels (particularly social media, website, newsletter)
• Planning and implementation of campaigns, actions, and launches
• Creation of content (texts, concepts, briefings)
• Steering external service providers (e.g. graphic design, performance, influencer marketing)
• Analysis of measures and continuous optimization
• Closely working with the management team

Soft Skills:

• Strategic thinking with a strong hands-on mentality
• High sense of responsibility
• Very good intuition for brands, aesthetics, and target groups
• Structured and self-reliant work style
• Excellent communication skills and reliability
• Pleasure in driving things forward independently

Hard Skills:

• Multiple years of practical experience in marketing / communication
• Marketing has already been implemented independently
• Safe handling of social media and digital channels
• Very good command of German language

• You plan and structure marketing and communication activities for Adam & Eve
• You work on campaigns, themes, and actions – from idea to implementation
• You steer and maintain our social media channels and keep the editorial calendar in mind
• You create texts, concepts, and briefings for content and marketing measures
• You regularly coordinate with the management team and implement joint ideas
• You work with external partners like graphic designers, performance or influencer agencies
• You analyze ongoing measures and continuously optimize them
• You keep brand, tone, and look & feel in mind across all channels
