Marketing & Client Experience Specialist

Automotive Recruitment is seeking a prestigious car dealership with a location in Florence to hire a Marketing & Client Experience Specialist to be permanently inserted into their own team. The resource will have the task of enhancing the brand through marketing activities and ensuring excellent customer experience, contributing to the development of the image and customer loyalty. Main tasks: Planning and management of local and digital marketing campaigns. Idea and realization of events and promotional activities. Data analysis and preparation of reports for monitoring performance. Management of customer journey and continuous improvement of customer experience. Coordination with the commercial team and management for targeted initiatives to retain customers. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communication or related fields. Previous experience in marketing and/or customer experience roles, preferably gained in competing car dealerships or specialized agencies in the automotive/luxury sector. Mastery of digital tools, CRM, and main marketing platforms. Creativity, precision, and ability to work towards goals. Excellent communication, relational, and teamwork skills.
