You're our new position

As Marketing Automation Specialist, you are our mastermind for digital lead management through marketing and sales automation. You bring our customers to a new level by building and optimizing marketing automation and CRM tools.

Tasks

Your role in our team

• You develop, implement, and optimize marketing & sales-automation processes along the entire customer journey (for our customers and internally)
• You work out comprehensive, cross-sectional solutions and advise our customers so that the long-term success of the measures is ensured
• You set up automated, performance-oriented marketing campaigns (forms, landing pages, mailings etc.) technically so that control and optimization are guaranteed (e.g. through seamless data tracking & reporting)
• You work closely with strategy, marketing, and sales teams together and ensure a seamless connection of processes
• You select suitable tools, introduce them, and maintain their further development (e.g. HubSpot, Zapier, n8n)
• You create reports, dashboards, and KPIs to make the success of automation initiatives measurable
• You train our customers and colleagues in handling marketing & sales-automation solutions
• You continuously monitor market trends and identify new approaches in the field of marketing and sales automation

Qualification

Your profile

• You have a completed degree in economics, marketing, (business) informatics or a comparable education
• You bring 2-3 years of relevant work experience in the field of marketing or sales automation, ideally from a consulting or agency environment
• You have experience in conceiving and implementing lead management processes (lead nurturing, lead scoring, lifecycle management) and are very familiar with at least one common CRM system/automation platform, ideally HubSpot
• You possess a strong analytical thinking ability, have an above-average willingness to learn („hunger“ for continuous improvement) and the characteristic of independently seeking solutions
• You have a strong technological / digital affinity and enjoy developing tools yourself
• You have already gained experience with KI-based tools and applications, can assess relevant solutions and confidently use them in everyday life
• You work independently, structured, and solution-oriented – and are at the same time a team player with high customer orientation
• You communicate clearly and persuasively – fluently in German and very confident in English
