Marketing Automation Developer (m/w/d)

We are looking for someone who primarily contributes to building and structuring digital and KI processes, setting up efficient marketing and sales automations, and taking long-term responsibility for technical development.

Your Tasks

• Maintenance and further development of our SaaS landscape (including HubSpot, Google Workspace, Zapier, Make)

• Building and maintaining automations (e.g. Zapier, Make, Google Apps Script)

• Development and optimization of scripts (Python, PowerShell)

• Dokumentation and conception of digital business processes

• Participation in projects of our new AI department

• Optional: Bringing knowledge of web design and classical IT system administration

Your Development Path with Us

You will develop internally and through various further education opportunities to become an Automation Specialist (m/w/d) and develop more complex workflows in Zapier, Make, and Apps Script. Further development can lead you to become an Integration Engineer (m/w/d), deepening your knowledge in Python/PowerShell scripts and data pipelines. Long-term, you will become a Digital Process Architect (m/w/d) and shape and steer KI-based workflows and our SaaS portfolios.

Each step is clearly defined and connected to measurable learning and development steps.

What You Should Bring:

• Technical understanding of digital processes and automations

• First knowledge in Python or PowerShell, or the willingness to systematically build this up

• Analytical and structured working style

• Reliability, accuracy, and the ability to continuously improve processes

• Good teamwork skills

• Clean and error-free written expression in German

• Prior knowledge from companies related to online marketing, coaching, consulting, etc. is advantageous but not necessary

• Optional: Experience in IT administration (hard- and software, SaaS environments) as well as technical and/or commercial training, e.g. IT system manager/manager or study in the field of business informatics, etc.
