Job description
Location: Hebbal, Tata Nagar, Bangalore (Work from Office)
Job Type: Internship / Trainee (3 months, with path to full-time)
Employment Type: Full-time after probation
Experience Level: Fresher – 1 year
Monthly Compensation: Unpaid for 3 months; post-probation, open to your expectations
Key Responsibilities
• Handle Social Sailor’s and Growth Sailor’s social media accounts.
• Respond to DMs, track mentions, and keep engagement high.
• Plan, schedule, and post daily content (stories, reels, updates).
• Execute and run digital marketing campaigns.
• Handle clients and understand campaign requirements.
• Learn how to generate leads, nurture them, and convert them into clients.
• Bonus: you’ll also get to learn directly from expert founders how real-world marketing and client acquisition works.
• This is a golden opportunity that doesn’t exist in the market — for the first 3 months you get paid nothing, but if you prove yourself, you set your own salary. Even if you ask double the market standard, we’ll back you.
Requirements
• Familiarity with Instagram, Facebook, and social platforms.
• Interest in digital marketing and analytics.
• Strong writing and community engagement skills.
• Willingness to learn paid ads, growth marketing, and client handling.
