Marketing-Assistenz (m/w/d)

This position is specifically aimed at individuals who are looking for a befristete Tätigkeit on a minijob basis for a period of up to two years. As part of an parental leave coverage, you will support our marketing team in Villingen-Schwenningen in implementing ongoing measures.

Aufgaben

Not all topics run parallel. The tasks will be implemented within the agreed working hours and prioritized accordingly; scope and temporal distribution will be coordinated with the team.

• Maintenance of the central marketing mailbox
• Planning, creation, and sending of monthly newsletters according to existing mail planning
• Evaluation of newsletter success and campaigns including analysis, reporting, and optimization
• Conceptualization, implementation, and sending of campaign and marketing emails
• Creation of editorial blog articles for the company website
• Support in content creation and maintenance of the website (texts, contents, campaigns)
• Planning, organization, and implementation of online user meetings including conceptualization and creation of landing pages
• Creation and preparation of presentations for user meetings, webinars, and other marketing and sales formats
• Use of Salesforce for tracking, qualifying, and further processing of leads (lead assignment, follow-up, conversion)

Qualifikation

• First practical experience in marketing, online marketing or corporate communication
• Very good written expression in German
• Structured, reliable and independent working style
• Safe handling of common office tools; experience with newsletter tools, CMS systems and CRM (e.g. Salesforce) is advantageous
• Interest in digital topics, marketing campaigns and content creation
