Marketing Assistant (m/f/d) (Minijob)

This position is deliberately aimed at individuals seeking a fixed-term position (20h/Minijob) for a period of up to two years. As part of a parental leave replacement, you will support our marketing team in Villingen-Schwenningen in implementing ongoing measures.

Tasks

Not all topics run in parallel. The tasks will be implemented within the scope of the agreed working hours and prioritized proportionally; scope and temporal distribution will be coordinated with the team.

• Planning, creation, and dispatch of monthly newsletters according to the existing mail schedule

• Performance evaluation of newsletters and campaigns, including analysis, reporting, and optimization

• Conceptualization, implementation, and dispatch of campaign and marketing emails

• Creation of editorial blog posts for the company website

• Support in content creation and maintenance of the website (texts, content, campaigns)

• Planning, organization, and execution of online user meetings, including conceptualization and creation of landing pages

• Creation and preparation of presentations for user meetings, webinars, and other marketing and sales formats

• Use of Salesforce for tracking, qualifying, and processing leads (lead assignment, follow-up, conversion)

Qualifications

• Initial practical experience in marketing, online marketing, or corporate communications

• Very good written communication skills in German

• Structured, reliable, and independent way of working

• Proficient in using common office tools; experience with newsletter tools, CMS systems, and CRM (e.g., Salesforce) is an advantage

• Interest in digital topics, marketing campaigns, and content creation
