Marketing Assistenz (m/w/d)

We are looking for an engaged and creative Marketing Assistant who supports our marketing team and contributes to the successful implementation of our communication and sales strategies. In this role, you will take on operational tasks in various marketing areas and work closely with internal departments and external partners.

You actively contribute to developing our brand, expanding our reach, and efficiently implementing marketing projects.

Aufgaben

Operative support for planning, implementation, and follow-up of marketing activities

Taking on individual projects in the areas:

• Social Media Marketing
• Influencer Marketing
• Content creation (Text, Image, possibly Video)
• E-Commerce
• Trade show and event organization
• Public Relations
• Maintenance and further development of our online and social media channels
• Support in creating marketing materials, presentations, and reports
• Coordination and alignment with external service providers, agencies, and partners
• General administrative tasks and office organization in the marketing department

Qualifikation

• Completed commercial training, e.g. as a merchant in wholesale and foreign trade management, business administration or equivalent qualification
• First professional experience, ideally in the marketing field
• Very good English skills in writing and speaking (absolutely required)
• Organizational strength and well-developed time management
• Self-initiated, structured, and team-oriented working style
• Creativity and a good sense of trends and target groups
• Performance willingness, flexibility, and high success motivation
