Marketing Assistant & Content Creator 50-80%

What awaits you

• You are responsible for our digital presence and social media channels
• You produce your own content (photos, Reels, short videos) from the workshop, from construction sites, and from finished projects
• You support professional customer photo shoots
• You update and further develop our website
• You are responsible for online marketing and help implement our marketing strategy
• Together with HR, you plan recruiting campaigns
• You take on general administrative tasks
• You are the point of contact for internal and external inquiries, including the telephone switchboard

What you bring with you

• Completed commercial apprenticeship, mandatorily with further training in marketing or communication
• Confident use of social media and a good eye for images, video, and text
• Experience with smartphone or camera content and with editing and image processing software
• Curiosity about digital trends
• Very good knowledge of MS Office as well as image and editing programs
• A hands-on mentality and creativity
• You work independently and are well-organized and value high quality
