Marketing Assistant with Focus on Graphics & Purchasing (m/f/d)

• Design and implementation of graphics, advertisements, flyers, print materials, and other advertising materials with Adobe InDesign and Photoshop
• Graphical preparation and ongoing updating of marketing and communication materials for print and online
• Ordering, purchasing, and production management of advertising materials, merchandising items, print materials, and giveaways
• Obtaining and comparing offers as well as coordination with suppliers, agencies, and printers
• Coordination and quality control of productions – from inquiry to delivery
• Support in the implementation of marketing campaigns and seasonal communication measures
• Independent organization and execution of projects according to the goals set by management
• Support for events, occasions, and special projects at the STOCK resort

• ✨ Completed vocational training in graphics, marketing, media design, communication, or a comparable subject-specific qualification
• ✨ Very good knowledge of Adobe InDesign and Photoshop
• ✨ Creative flair as well as a good eye for design, typography, and details
• ✨ Enjoyment in the creation and production of high-quality advertising materials
• ✨ Organizational talent and a structured, precise, and independent way of working
• ✨ Economic thinking as well as a good sense for prices, quality, and suppliers
• ✨ Communication skills and enjoyment in collaborating with internal departments and external partners
• ✨ Text proficiency and a good feel for language are an advantage
• ✨ Good knowledge of English, both written and spoken
• ✨ Very good MS Office skills
• ✨ Team spirit, reliability, and enjoyment in contributing your own ideas
