Duties:Under the authority of the superior or immediate supervisor, collect, prepare, and disseminate information related to various programs, services, and activities offered; process and analyze certain files and ensure follow-up with management.

Content integration:
  • Collect, prepare, and integrate marketing content on web pages, in infoletters, forms, and landing pages.
  • Participate in the management of the relational marketing platform, in collaboration with stakeholders.

Social media:
  • In collaboration with management – social media, monitor ETS social media.
  • Participate in creating content for social media, in collaboration with management – social media and other departments.

Other tasks and responsibilities:
  • Gather, verify, and transmit invoices from your activity sector, including digital campaigns.
  • Produce and disseminate reports and dashboards.
  • Participate in setting up and optimizing relational cycles, in collaboration with the digital marketing team.
  • Participate in developing and executing digital marketing strategies.

Do you have what it takes to rise to the challenge?

Educational background:Diploma of college studies (DEC) in an appropriate field.

Experience:Minimum two (2) years of relevant technical experience in the fields of communications and/or marketing.

Other:
  • Basic knowledge of web editing tools and infoletters.
  • Basic knowledge of social media publishing tools.
  • Mastery of French and English, both spoken and written.
  • Familiarity with the restaurant industry is an asset.
  • A keen sense of organization and priorities in a dynamic environment.
  • Ability to work as part of a team, handle multiple tasks, show openness, respect tight deadlines, and quickly adapt to changing priorities.
  • Marketing communication aptitude.
  • Interpersonal communication and collaborative approach with various internal clients.
  • Show autonomy, versatility, and attention to detail.
  • A keen sense of initiative and creativity.
