Position Overview: We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Marketing and Branding Executive / Senior Executive to join our Branding and Sustainability Team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies, creating engaging content, managing social media platforms, conducting market research, analyzing data, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive business results. Key Responsibilities: • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans that align with the company's overall strategy; • Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges; • Create high-quality content (written, visual, and multimedia) for various channels and platforms; • Manage and maintain social media presence across multiple platforms; • Analyze data and metrics to measure campaign effectiveness and make data-driven decisions; • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business results and achieve marketing objectives. Requirements: • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field; • 3+ years of experience in marketing and branding; • Strong understanding of digital marketing trends and best practices; • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; • Ability to work independently and as part of a team; • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); • Familiarity with Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator) is an asset.
