We develop and manage several medium-sized companies, including those from the craft industry.

This includes:

• Volker Witzel GmbH
• Seidl Haustechnik GmbH
• Renergie Haustechnik

Each company has its own brand, customers, and projects. That's what makes the job varied.

We're not looking for someone who just manages marketing.

We're looking for someone who actively shapes and develops our companies.

Aufgaben

No day is like the other.

You'll be responsible for several companies, ensuring they become visible and grow.

Your tasks will include:

• Planning and management of our social media channels (Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn)
• Creation of photo-, video-, and reel-content
• Taking content on construction sites and at events
• Maintenance and further development of our websites
• Finding and improving website errors
• Development and implementation of new marketing ideas
• Management and optimization of Google Ads
• Planning and optimization of Meta Ads
• Collaboration with external agencies and service providers
• Creation of job postings and recruitment campaigns
• Organization of photo shoots and marketing actions
• Building and further development of our marketing processes

Your workplace is primarily in our office in Leipheim.

You'll also regularly be on site at our locations in Moosburg, Bellenberg, Burgau, or Peißenberg. Because good content is created where work is being done.

Qualifikation

You don't have to be a perfect marketing expert.

But you should already have experience with:

• Instagram
• Facebook
• LinkedIn
• Google Ads
• Meta Ads

And we're looking for someone who:

• Has a hunger to move something.
• Takes responsibility.
• Brings in new ideas and implements them independently.
• Organizes and structures their work.
• Keeps an overview, even when multiple projects are running simultaneously.
• Has a keen eye for detail.
• Is willing to travel to our locations.

If there's an error on a website and we miss it, you should find it.

You don't have to be perfect with every Adobe program.

If you achieve excellent results with Canva and modern KI tools, that's more important to us.

Better done than perfect.
