Marketing Allrounder (m/w/d) in Teilzeit 20-25h

We are looking for someone who has a sense of good design, works independently and wants to be part of a small team?

We are EQUUSIR and develop innovative health products for horses, dogs and humans. Our goal is to sustainably support health, regeneration and performance.

To make our ideas visible outside as well, we are looking for reinforcement for our marketing.

We would like someone who enjoys getting involved, thinking along and having fun accompanying various marketing projects - from designing new brochures to social media up to preparing trade fairs and events.

Aufgaben

This could be part of your tasks

• Design and revise marketing materials such as flyers, brochures, presentations or ads
• Create print data and continuously update existing materials
• Create graphics and edit images
• Preliminary prepare social media content and support content creation
• Preliminary prepare trade fairs, events and training sessions
• Manage marketing materials and keep them up to date
• Work together with external partners and agencies
• Support our marketing team in daily business and take over own projects

Qualifikation

This is what you should bring along

• Very good knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and Adobe InDesign - you can create professional, print-ready files.
• A good eye for design, layout and typography.
• A self-reliant, structured and meticulous working style.
• Pleasure in taking responsibility and bringing things forward independently.
• Very good German and English skills, as we are internationally active.
• Pleasure in horses and/or dogs.

It would be nice too

• Experience with Canva.
• Interest in KI-Tools like Claude, ChatGPT or other applications for text, image or video editing - and enthusiasm to try out new possibilities.
• First experiences with Meta Ads.
• Knowledge of Shopify or email marketing.
• Pleasure in photo or video editing.
