Aufgaben

Your Daily Business:

• Konzeption, Umsetzung und Optimierung von Marketingmaßnahmen – from the idea over the setup until the launch
• Betreuung und Weiterentwicklung von Websites (Content, SEO, SEA, Struktur, Performance, CMS)
• Planung und Umsetzung von Social-Media- und Employer-Branding-Kampagnen (organisch & paid, z. B. Meta)
• Entwicklung von Content-Strategien für Social Media, Website und Employer Branding
• Kennzahlen-Tracking, Analyse und Reporting zur Optimierung von Kampagnen und Inhalten
• Zusammenarbeit mit Kund:innen, Partnern und internen Teams sowie Aufbau langfristiger Beziehungen
• Mitwirkung an der Weiterentwicklung unserer Prozesse, Tools und Dienstleistungen
• Verständnis und Umsetzung von technischen Anbindungen zwischen Tools, Plattformen und Marketing-Systemen
• Unterstützung bei Content-Produktionen, Videodrehs und kreativen Formaten

• You have excellent knowledge of SEO and know how to make content gain reach and visibility
• You have experience with websites – from content over structure to optimization (e.g. CMS)
• You have the enthusiasm to actively shape employer branding and build strong brands sustainably
• You are confident in social media – from idea generation to implementation
• You can think strategically, but also enjoy being hands-on
• You approach structured, set priorities, and always keep an overview
• You have no fear of numbers, analysis tools, and new marketing trends
• You enjoy working with people – in the team as well as in exchange with others
• You are willing to take responsibility and develop yourself professionally and personally
