Aufgaben

• Lead-Generation: You are the lead hunter for new leads, check them on quality and ensure they come in clean to our CRM.
• Kampagnen-Management: You prepare cool outbound campaigns (like cold e-mails), so our sales team can get started right away.
• Kooperationen: You find and convince compatible partners (for sales or trade shows) that help us expand our network.
• Messe-Management: You rock our trade show appearances from A to Z – from planning to stand-up construction to post-processing.
• Website & SEO: You keep our website fit and ensure with SEO that everyone can find us on Google.
• E-Mail-Marketing: You bring our newsletter up to date, write the texts, and send it out punctually.
• Content Creation: You produce blog posts and great photo/video content, which appeals to our target audience.

Qualifikation

• Erfahrung im Online-Marketing: You have already gained some experience in online marketing, ideally in a startup environment or small team.
• Hands-on-Mentalität: You are motivated, proactive, and take full responsibility for your tasks.
• Datenaffinität: You bring a basic understanding of lead management processes and have no fear of working with data for scraping, enrichment, and import into our CRM.
• Organisationsgeschick: You are an organizational talent and enjoy planning and implementing projects from start to finish – whether it's a trade show or email campaign.
• Contenttalent: You write well and have a good sense for texts, images, and videos that excite our target audience.
• Grundverständnis für SEO & Web-Analytics: You know how to optimize a website for search engines and are not afraid of tools like Google Analytics or the Google Search Console.
