Marketing Allrounder (m/f/d)

In marketing, you are not just a number in a large team with us, but aiomatic's voice to the outside world: You decide how plant managers perceive us: on our website, on LinkedIn, or at trade fairs. You work closely with Sales, Product, and Design and have the freedom to implement your own ideas.

Start: January 2027 at the latest Scope: 35 – 40 hours

Location: Hamburg (hybrid) with one day of office presence per week

These tasks await you:

• Development and implementation of a holistic content and marketing strategy for aiomatic

• Creation and updating of sales and marketing materials such as product presentations, flyers, customer references, and white papers

• Responsibility for maintaining and optimizing our company website (text, SEO, and graphics) in close coordination with our designer

• Development of creative lead generation measures and preparation of suitable lead magnets

• Responsibility for our company's LinkedIn presence

• Planning and organization of trade fair appearances, presentations, and events

These qualities will lead you to success:

• A completed degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a comparable field, or a comparable qualification

• At least 2 years of professional experience in marketing, ideally in the B2B or tech environment

• German at C2 level and English at least at C1 level, in each case with a good feel for texts

• Experience with lead generation, landing pages, and LinkedIn

• Proficiency in using CMS and analysis tools

• An independent, structured way of working, decisiveness, and enthusiasm for new tools

Nice to Have:

• Interest in supporting our founder Lena in preparing her speaking appearances and LinkedIn posts

• Knowledge of Webflow

• Experience with AI tools in everyday work

• Initial experience in performance marketing (Google and LinkedIn Ads)
