Marketing Allrounder / Graphic Designer (w/m/d) – digital & print

Tasks

In this newly created position, you will ensure that our company presents itself modernly, professionally and in line with the brand image. You will bundle all topics around website, social media, graphics and online marketing and develop a consistent brand image for the B2B sector.

Your main tasks are:

• Responsibility for our external appearance and ensuring a uniform brand image
• Development and maintenance of our website and online shops (WordPress, WooCommerce)
• Care and development of our social media channels
• Planning and evaluation of online marketing and SEO/SEA measures
• Creation of text, image and video content for website, social media and newsletter
• Design of advertising materials such as flyers, banners and brochures
• Maintenance and optimization of product pages on the website and at Amazon
• Support in packaging and graphic projects

Qualification

• Professional experience: You bring experience in marketing, media design or visual communication. You are confident in designing online and print materials and have already worked with websites or web shops. Additionally, you have knowledge of SEO and SEA (e.g. Google Ads) as well as social media.
• Teamwork: You have already worked in smaller or medium-sized companies or agencies and appreciate exactly this work environment.
• Working hours: You are looking for a responsible part-time position with at least 16 to 25 hours per week. If you also bring experience in data processing, up to 30 hours may be possible. Your working hours will be flexible within our office hours and can be individually arranged. Homeoffice is possible on demand.
• Working style: You work independently, structured and reliable and find creative solutions. You take responsibility for your projects and have a good sense of developing a consistent brand image.
• Qualification: You have a degree or study in the field of marketing, media design, communication design, digital media, visual communication or e-commerce or you bring comparable professional experience as a marketing allrounder, marketing assistant or graphic designer.
• Tools: You master the Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator) and have first-hand experience with marketing tools like Google Ads, Analytics or Meta Business Suite as well as basic knowledge of WordPress and WooCommerce. Language skills: You have very good German language skills and basic English language skills.
