Marketing All-Rounder & Content Creator (m/f/d)

At Kireyna, we break with the standard. We combine high-end skincare with Japanese-inspired mindfulness and an artistic-graphic aesthetic. Our goal: to reduce skincare to the essentials and bring the skin into balance.

Now that we are on the market, we want to step up a gear and build our marketing from the ground up. Our goal is to make Kireyna really big and to set our first major marketing wave in motion.

For this, we are looking for a motivated, hands-on Marketing All-Rounder who internalizes our vision, breathes the brand's aesthetic, and transforms our ideas into highly effective content pieces and unforgettable community experiences. You will work closely with us founders: We brainstorm at eye level, support each other, and you will drive implementation with full energy independently.

Tasks

• Content & Channels: You ensure reliable, regular output via Instagram, Pinterest, and Blog (later TikTok), produce content yourself or manage external contributions.
• Creators & Influencers: You build relationships with nano and micro creators in the DACH region, manage seeding programs, and accompany collaborations.
• Events & Pop-ups: You support the planning, setup, and execution of community events and pop-ups that make the brand tangible.
• Collaborative Brainstorming: You bring fresh energy, trends, and tactical suggestions into our daily work.

Requirements

• “Doer” Mentality: You love to get things done, build things from scratch, and implement projects with high initiative.
• Video Editing Skills: You have practical experience with common video editing and graphics programs (we currently use CapCut and Affinity) and a strong sense for modern social media storytelling.
• Thinking Along & Ambition: You contribute your own ideas and want to grow with the role.
• Drive & Commitment: Whether fresh from university (with strong side projects) or with 1-2 years of professional experience, what counts for us is your hunger, your dedication, and your ownership mindset.
• Brand Intuition: A keen eye for aesthetics, tonality, and details; you intuitively understand what fits the Kireyna vibe.
• Language Skills: Fluent German and English, spoken and written.
