This role offers flexible shift options and the choice to work remotely or from our offices in London (Angel) or Edinburgh. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular communication and updates. Utilize Ipsos’ proprietary software to manage and track interview schedules, participant engagement, and data collection. Ensure the highest level of data quality by adhering to strict protocols for recording and transcribing interviews. Collaborate with internal teams to analyze and interpret data, providing actionable insights that inform client strategies. Participate in training sessions to stay up-to-date on Ipsos’ methodologies and best practices. Maintain accurate records of all interactions, including interview notes, participant information, and project updates. Work independently and as part of a team to meet project deadlines and deliver high-quality results.
