Then this role as Market Insights Analyst in the Sales & Marketing team at Carglass is your next step. Job Within the 'Customer & Market Insights' team in the Sales & Marketing department, you'll give direction to our customer strategy and market positioning. You'll translate data and trends into insights that inspire and strengthen our organization. You'll work closely with internal stakeholders and international colleagues within the Belron group. Strategic research projects You coordinate end-to-end research projects with external bureaus: from briefing to selection, project follow-up and quality control. You advise internal stakeholders and initiate yourself strategic research initiatives. Data analysis & customer experience You analyze internal data, focusing on our VOC (Voice of the Customer) program and the entire omnichannel customer journey. You identify improvement points and translate insights into concrete actions that strengthen our customer experience. Market monitoring & competitive analysis You're the driving force behind strategically monitoring our market context. You analyze market trends, consumer behavior and sector developments with a view to strategic decision-making. You build an internal knowledge center that serves as a reference point for market and competitive intelligence within Carglass. You're not just an observer, but a strategic partner who translates insights into concrete recommendations for innovation, positioning and customer-centricity. International cooperation You share best practices and insights with colleagues from 35 countries during monthly Global Research Meetings and the VOC (voice of the customer) community. Experience & expertise A master's degree in Business Engineering or TEW with at least 5 years of experience in data analysis or market research. Strong analytical mind and critical thinking skills. Quick to set up and interpret KPIs and research models. Excel knows few secrets from you. Interest & attitude Affinity with automotive, mobility and customer experience is a trump card. Communicative, assertive and eager to learn. Structured, proactive and stress-resistant. Fluent communication in Dutch and English and basic French.
