Market Development Manager - Steel Industry

Hire Resolve's client is seeking a dynamic and experienced Market Development Manager to join their team in Mpumalanga. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to expand the company's market presence in the steel industry in the region. Responsibilities: Identify new opportunities that will result in increased stainless steel usage and increased sales Promote the use of Stainless Steel and its capabilities at exhibitions, expos, marketing media and other relevant platforms Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders in the steel industry including suppliers, customers, and competitors Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges in the steel industry and develop strategies to capitalize on these findings Implement and manage projects to increase stainless steel usage and sales Monitor and report on progress against targets and make recommendations for improvement. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related field 5+ years of experience in market development, marketing, or a related field Strong understanding of the steel industry and its trends Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
