What will you do? In parallel with resolving/addressing disputes and AR issues, identify and prioritize key market cash opportunities to drive business growth and optimize financial performance. This role is responsible for managing and optimizing the collection of market cash from various sources, including but not limited to: customer payments, vendor rebates, and other revenue streams. Key responsibilities include: • Developing and implementing strategies to improve cash flow and reduce days outstanding; • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize opportunities to drive business growth and optimize financial performance; • Analyzing and interpreting financial data to inform business decisions and optimize market cash collection; • Building and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, vendors, and internal partners. What do you need? To succeed in this role, you will need: • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as finance, accounting, or business administration; • 3+ years of experience in a similar market cash collection or financial planning role; • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data; • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships with key stakeholders; • Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve business objectives.
