Job description
Key Responsibilities: Coordinate international logistics operations between regional teams in Latin America, the United States, and other global locations Streamline logistics and communication processes among internal and external stakeholders Request and manage freight quotations to ensure competitive transportation rates Ensure customer and regulatory compliance at origin and destination, including timely responses Support and manage the customer ordering process Coordinate production and shipment schedules to ensure timely delivery of goods Manage and resolve logistics-related issues and discrepancies Monitor and report on logistics performance metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs) to optimize logistics operations and improve customer satisfaction
