Visual Merchandiser / Store Presentation | Full-time for Vaudreuil / Kirkland

The visual merchandiser / store presentation will join our retail operations team and be responsible for supporting the assigned store in implementing corporate visual strategies aimed at maximizing sales and improving brand image.

It will be responsible for providing support in the Kirkland and Vaudreuil stores

Duties:

• Create a partnership with the visual presentation team to evaluate needs and required support for the store;
• Create a partnership with the Store Manager to implement or interpret corporate visual strategies based on specific store needs, while keeping the brand image intact;
• Constant coaching and training of in-store teams on visual standards to ensure consistency of the brand image;
• Participate with the rest of the team in daily or priority tasks such as display, labeling, product placement, etc. ;
• Implement or dismantle seasonal or promotional window displays and interior decorations.
