Our MARATHON MÜNCHEN by Brooks is more than a sports event – it's a community experience. Behind the scenes stands a large, engaged team that makes everything possible. Your task: Organizing this team, strengthening and developing it further. You ensure that all processes run smoothly, volunteers are motivated, and the event atmosphere is right. In addition to planning volunteer management, you will also take care of our B2B partnerships and cooperations and have a comprehensive view of our sales activities. So, you contribute to making the event not only sporty but also organizationally a complete success.

Aufgaben

Voluteer-Management

• Relationship Management of the operational marathon team
• Planning and organization of deployments & teams
• Administration of the volunteer team, preparation and coordination of settlements
• Contact person for all questions about the volunteer team

B2B Kooperationen & Betreuung

• Support in implementing existing B2B partnerships (sponsoring, exhibitors, partners)
• Creation and management of contracts and sales materials
• Coordination of our partner's involvement in the preparation series
