Machinist

The operator will be responsible for the integral operation of the machinery dedicated to the production of concrete elements. This includes the startup, control, and supervision of the manufacturing process to ensure the quality of the final product and compliance with established production standards. Adjustments and mold changes will need to be made according to the specifications of each batch or product, ensuring efficient transition between different manufacturing cycles. Additionally, the position requires the safe and efficient operation of a heavy-duty forklift for the handling and transfer of finished products, raw materials, and auxiliary materials within the production area. The operator will play a key role in basic machine maintenance and in identifying potential issues, collaborating with the maintenance team to minimize downtime. The work environment is industrial and dynamic, where safety, attention to detail, and teamwork are fundamental. The selected person will actively participate in the optimization of production processes and in the application of current safety and quality protocols at the plant.
