Job description
From the RAS INTERIM BLANES office, we are selecting PRODUCTION MACHINISTS for a company in the chemical sector located in Maçanet de la Selva. YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES - Operate and supervise production machinery, ensuring the correct functioning of the process.
- Adjust machinery parameters according to manufacturing orders.
- Perform basic quality controls of the product during production.
- Resolve minor incidents and carry out basic maintenance and cleaning tasks at the workstation.
- Comply with established quality, safety, and productivity standards. WHAT DO WE NEED FROM YOU? - Previous experience as a machinist or production operator, preferably in industrial or chemical sector environments.
- Ability to work autonomously and responsibly.
- Availability to work a fixed night shift or in rotating morning and afternoon shifts, depending on the assigned position. WHAT CAN WE OFFER YOU? - Integration into a consolidated company in the automotive sector.
- Initial training in production processes and machinery.
- Initial 3-month contract through an ETT, with subsequent incorporation into the company.
- Good working environment and opportunities for professional development.
