Maintenance Technician for Routine Maintenance on RSA - Spinea (VE)

UNA Cooperativa Sociale is looking for a maintenance technician for residential service related to the socio-health and educational sector, located in Spinea, in the province of Venice. The resource will deal with activities such as: programming in agreement with their manager and execution of the routine maintenance of the premises (ordinary interventions of minor maintenance on properties, systems, equipment), painting as needed of the interior spaces, maintenance of green areas and outdoor areas. In particular: - perform minor repairs of buildings, including repair and basic maintenance interventions on hydraulic, electrical and painting systems, - support the maintenance of heating and air conditioning systems, - contribute to the care of green areas, including gardens and parks, carrying out activities such as cutting the grass, caring for the plants and cleaning the flowerbeds, - manage the inventory of equipment and supplies for repairs, ensuring that they are available in a timely manner. Requirements: - basic knowledge of hydraulic, electrical and air conditioning systems for assistance to external companies, - availability to carry out various activities, including the maintenance of green areas. - good knowledge of the main computer tools, - good manual skills and knowledge of basic maintenance tools, - possession of a B driving license, - ability to work independently and as part of a team. Possession of specific training and/or qualifications in technical areas and themes related to maintenance activities constitutes a preferential title. The following are also required: - good work organization skills, - ability to manage emergencies, - excellent problem-solving skills, - reliability and precision, - availability to travel. A subordinate type of employment is offered.
