For a client company, an important reality specialized in the production and processing of plastic materials, we are looking for: 1 Electro-Mechanical Maintenance Technician in the province of Caserta. The resource will be responsible for: Management of preventive and corrective maintenance of machinery, searching for faults, ensuring correct functioning and, specifically, will be responsible for: - Execution of diagnostic and troubleshooting interventions - Electrical maintenance of machines - Mechanical and hydraulic maintenance of equipment - Preparation of technical documentation related to the interventions performed - Proposal of improvements to increase the efficiency of the plants - Collaboration with the production team to ensure continuity of operations - Management of warehouses and spare parts inventory. Requirements: - Diploma in: Maintenance and Assistance or equivalent title - Previous experience in a similar role for at least 2 years - Skills in maintenance of equipment and corrective maintenance - Solid knowledge of electricity, mechanics, and hydraulics - Experience in diagnostic and problem-solving - Knowledge of safety systems and current regulations - Experience in managing warehouses and inventory management - Knowledge of automation and control systems - Knowledge of PLC and control systems. Preferred requirements: - Experience in maintaining industrial plants - Ability to manage teams - Knowledge of environmental and safety regulations.
