Mechanical Maintenance Technician

Orienta Spa, Job Agency, is seeking a Mechanical Maintenance Technician for a structured reality operating in the Food sector. The resource will be inserted into an international and dynamic work environment with direct reporting to the Technical Area Manager. Main activities: - assembly of cutting equipment at the beginning of the shift; - troubleshooting of machinery malfunctions; - execution of ordinary maintenance interventions on cutting, packaging, and conveyor belt machines to prevent potential production problems; - ensuring correct functioning of electrical and hydraulic systems; - supervision of small repairs or maintenance within the plant; - guaranteeing food safety standards; - monitoring and recording maintenance activities; - managing spare parts inventory and sending purchase requests. Requirements: - knowledge of mechanical systems, including experience with pneumatic and hydraulic systems; - at least 2/3 years' experience in maintenance; - ability to work in controlled temperature environments; - knowledge of PLC programming (plus); - familiarity with safety regulations; - team working skills; - flexibility and availability. A permanent contract is offered directly with the company. The RAL will be evaluated during the interview based on acquired experience. Working hours take place over three shifts: 6.00-13.30 / 13.30-21.00 / 21.00-06.00, from Monday to Friday. Availability for extraordinary maintenance interventions (weekly rotation).
