JUNIOR MECHANICAL MAINTENANCE WORKER ON PRODUCTION LINE - SHIFTS

Ali Spa Ali Lavoro, branch of Città Sant'Angelo (PE), on behalf of a solid and structured client company with headquarters in Cappelle sul Tavo (PE), is looking for n.1 JUNIOR MECHANICAL MAINTENANCE WORKER ON PRODUCTION LINE - SHIFTS The selected resource will be inserted into a modern and dynamic production context, and after an adequate period of mentoring, it will be responsible for ensuring the correct functioning of machines and equipment on the production line. Main Responsibilities: - Starting up and operating production facilities. - Mechanical maintenance interventions, ordinary and preventive, on machinery on the production line. - Support in resolving breakdowns and machine downtime. - Monitoring production parameters and guaranteeing quality standards. - Collaboration with the team for continuous process improvement. Required Skills: - Diploma of mechanical technician, mechatronic technician, or equivalent degree. - Good manual skills and basic knowledge of workshop tools. - Flexibility and willingness to work on 3 shifts (morning, afternoon, night) in a continuous cycle. - Residence within a radius of 15 km from the workplace - Being self-motivated. - Proactivity, team spirit, and strong interest in maintenance. Having a brief previous experience in production contexts, including internships, will be a preferred title. Working hours: full-time, 40 weekly hours distributed from Monday to Saturday on 3 shifts. An initial contract with a fixed-term purpose of stabilization is offered.
