MECHANICAL MAINTAINER

Humangest Spa, Gallarate branch, is seeking a MECHANICAL MAINTAINER for an important multinational company in the textile sector. The resource, reporting to the department manager, will be responsible for the following activities: - Ordinary or extraordinary maintenance during downtime on textile machinery; - Diagnostics and fault detection on production machines; - Interventions on PLCs and automation systems; - Control, regulation, and fine-tuning of sensors and encoders; - Testing and commissioning of machines. Requirements: - Previous experience in the role at industrial production contexts (preferably from textile companies); - Technical diploma in mechanical engineering, electronics, or equivalent degree; - Good reading skills for technical drawings; - Good manual dexterity in using main workshop tools; - Availability on night shifts for any technical issues that may arise; - Ability to work in a team and share and manage problems directly related to the work performed. - Seriousness, reliability, and punctuality. Contract: direct with the Company for a fixed-term contract for hiring purposes, RAL (reference 30-40K), CCNL Textile Industry, 13 months, internal meal and production bonus. Schedule: Full-time on a daily basis or in two shifts (6-14/14-22), with exceptional availability on night shifts.
