Mechanical Maintenance Technician

For a structured client company operating in the metalmechanics sector, the Cantù branch selects a Mechanical Maintenance Technician. Description and Characteristics of the Position: The Mechanical Maintenance Technician is a worker with knowledge of mechanics, electromechanics, and electrical engineering, with tasks of diagnosis, preventive verification, intervention, and repair in case of failure in mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical areas. Role and Responsibilities: - Ordinary and preventive maintenance in mechanical areas - Extraordinary maintenance of mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical parts: research, identification, and intervention on failures - Disassembly and reassembly of parts - Repairs and controls - Every activity is performed based on manuals and technical drawings and sector tools Reporting hierarchy: Maintenance Supervisor, Department Supervisor External relations: Internal: Site managers, other maintenance technicians, and production/magazine operators External: Any external suppliers Requirements for participating in the Selection: - Mechanical and/or electromechanical knowledge - Knowledge of hydraulic and pneumatic systems - Knowledge and interpretation of technical drawings - 3-4 years of experience in maintaining mechanical systems - Availability for possible work on shifts and/or on-call - Excellent manual skills, problem-solving, and initiative - Seriousness, precision, attention, and strong motivation for the role, teamwork, and relationships - Good relational skills, teamwork attitude Work location: Vicinities of Novedrate (Co) Work schedule: Full-time 40 hours weekly Employment contract and remuneration package: Type of insertion and remuneration to be evaluated based on the candidate's professionalism.
