Role Mission

The ideal candidate will ensure the correct and smooth operation of the assigned production plants, supporting the implementation of improvement plans for existing plant components.

The main activities include:

• Scheduled and Preventive Maintenance: perform interventions, applying necessary improvements to eliminate recurring faults and make machinery more reliable.
• Efficiency and Safety: collaborate with the department team to ensure the correct functioning of production plants, respecting work cycles, company OEE objectives, and safety procedures.
• Fault Restoration and Adjustments: intervene promptly in case of machine downtime and make necessary adjustments to maintain high product quality standards.
• Diagnosis and Problem Solving: analyze and interpret available data to identify the cause of malfunctions.
• Automation Control: verify the correct installation and perfect functioning of automated systems, both after internal interventions and modifications, and following work carried out by external suppliers.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in ordinary and extraordinary maintenance of packaging machines in the food, cosmetic, or pharmaceutical sector, and in managing faults on electromechanical systems.
• Ability to read technical drawings and good operational knowledge of PLCs and industrial PCs.
• Familiarity with workshop equipment such as lathes, milling machines, drills, and welding machines.
• Basic proficiency with main IT tools (Office package and Outlook).
