Mechanical Maintenance Technician

Atempo Spa - Job Agency for Santa Croce sull'Arno (PI) is looking for a Mechanical Maintenance Technician to be inserted into the company's organization. The resource will be responsible for: - Performing scheduled inspections and routine maintenance interventions (lubrications, tightenings, alignments) to prevent failures and premature wear of components. - Diagnostics and Repair of Failures: Identifying and quickly resolving mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic malfunctions (e.g., blockages, leaks, abnormal vibrations) on production equipment and machinery. - Disassembly, repair, and assembly of mechanical groups, such as gearboxes, pumps, transmission systems (belts, chains, gears). - Basic Mechanical Work: Using workshop tools for any small modifications or adaptations (column drill, grinder, small welding - if necessary). - Optimization of Equipment: Proposing and implementing technical solutions to improve the reliability, safety, and overall performance of machinery. Requirements: - Diploma in mechanical engineering and/or similar fields. - Mature experience in a similar role. - Excellent knowledge of technical drawing. - Good mastery of using classic workshop tools.Precision and attention. The company offers: - A contract for temporary work aimed at inserting the candidate into the company's organization on an indefinite basis. - CCNL applied: Metalmeccanico Industria. The contractual classification will be adjusted according to the candidate's experience. - Working hours: 40 weekly hours from Monday to Friday with a schedule of 08.00-12.00 /14.00-18.00.
