Junior Machine Operator

e-work SpA, Parma office, is seeking for an important company on the territory a Junior Machine Operator. The figure will collaborate to achieve production targets by ensuring the full functionality of assembly equipment and automatic machines in the department, actively contributing to maintenance activities, fault detection, and efficiency improvement. Main activities - Execution of format changes on industrial automation machines. - Optimal management of assigned machines and tools, performing ordinary maintenance. - Respect for procedural and quality standards as per the Quality System. Requirements Title of study: Secondary school diploma or vocational training in the field. Technical skills required: - Knowledge of production materials, manufacturing methods, and dimensional control equipment. - Knowledge of assembly operations with automatic machines. - Reading technical drawings and electrical diagrams, using dedicated software basics. Personal skills: - Precision, punctuality, and attention to detail. - Knowledge of workplace safety regulations and environmental norms. - Good mastery of basic information systems (Office, Word, Excel). - Teamwork attitude. Required experience: Experience gained in a production/manufacturing environment with automatic machines, preferably in controlled contamination environments.
