Junior Maintenance Technician

Ali Spa Ali Lavoro S.p.A. is seeking a Junior Maintenance Technician to be inserted into the maintenance team of a leading company in the production of oven products with an active market both in Italy and abroad. Location: - Brescia (BS) Role and Main Responsibilities: The resource will work alongside the senior maintenance team and, with increasing autonomy, will be responsible for the following activities: - Preventive and Corrective Maintenance: Intervene on equipment and machinery of the production line (ovens, mixers, packaging systems, conveyor belts) to resolve electrical, mechanical, and pneumatic faults. - Diagnostics and Repair: Identify the cause of malfunctions on production machines, intervening to restore correct functioning in the shortest possible time. - Technical Support: Assist production personnel during machine startup and in case of line shutdowns. - Basic Mechanical Work: Perform maintenance and repair tasks (replacing belts, bearings, gears, etc.). - Safety and Hygiene: Ensure that all maintenance interventions are carried out in compliance with specific sanitary regulations for the food sector. Required Qualifications: - Preferably a technical qualification or diploma (electrical, mechanical, or mechatronic). - Preferably, also brief, previous experience as a maintenance technician, ideally in production contexts (the food sector represents a plus). - Basic knowledge of electrical, mechanical, and pneumatic systems. - Availability to work with schedule: day shift or two shifts. Job Details: - Contract: Initial insertion into supply, aimed at direct employment on an indefinite-term contract within the company. - Remuneration: Commensurate with the candidate's actual experience.
