Pharmaceutical Plant Maintenance Technician

Openjobmetis Spa selects, for a prestigious pharmaceutical company in Parma (PR), a Mechanical/Electromechanical Maintenance Technician.

The selected candidate will be responsible for preventive, ordinary, and extraordinary maintenance interventions on automated process plants for the preparation, lyophilization, and dispensing of sterile pharmaceutical products, working in a team on a continuous shift system.

The following requirements are requested:

• Diploma or qualification in mechanical, electrical engineering, or electronics
• At least five years of experience as a mechanical or electromechanical maintenance technician, preferably gained in the chemical-pharmaceutical, cosmetic, food, or related sectors within structured contexts characterized by standardized intervention processes
• Knowledge of technical drawings, supervision systems (operator panels, SCADA, DCS, BMS), and software for maintenance management (CMMS)
• Excellent manual dexterity and solid mechanical and electrical skills
• Good interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team
• Availability for continuous shifts (2 mornings - 2 afternoons - 2 nights - 4 rest days)

Knowledge of PLC diagnostic systems and the English language will be considered preferential requirements.

The offer includes direct hiring by the company with a permanent contract, CCNL Chimico Farmaceutico (Chemical Pharmaceutical National Collective Agreement), an indicative gross annual salary (RAL) ranging from €40,000-€43,000 plus shift allowances and benefits, canteen, production bonus, and an integrated company welfare system.
