Job description
The ideal candidate will be responsible for ordinary, extraordinary, and preventive maintenance of company facilities, systems, and machinery, in order to ensure maximum operational efficiency, workplace safety, and continuity of activities.
Main Responsibilities and DutiesThe resource hired will report directly to the Maintenance Manager and will be responsible for:
Performing ordinary and preventive maintenance interventions on electrical, hydraulic, air conditioning systems, and building structures.
Intervening promptly in case of breakdowns or malfunctions (corrective/extraordinary maintenance) to minimize downtime.
Performing rapid diagnoses of technical problems and identifying the most effective solutions.
Monitoring the state of conservation of internal and external environments, carrying out small repair, carpentry, painting, or masonry works.
Collaborating with suppliers and external technicians for specialized interventions or certified periodic checks.
Compiling maintenance logs and technical documentation as required by current regulations.
Technical Skills:
Technical diploma (in electrical, electronic, mechanical, or thermohydraulic specialization) or equivalent professional qualification.
Previous experience of at least 2-3 years in the role of maintenance technician (preferably in structured contexts such as hotels, shopping centers, production companies, or residential complexes).
Excellent ability to read electrical diagrams and technical drawings.
Proficiency in the use of common bench and measuring tools (testers, multimeters, drills, etc.).
Possession of specific certifications (e.g., PES/PAV for electrical risk, boiler operation license, or aerial platform operating license) will be a strong plus.
Soft Skills:
Strong problem-solving aptitude and precision in diagnostics.
Flexible working hours and availability for on-call interventions or shift work, if necessary.
Excellent stress and urgency management skills.
Propensity for teamwork and good communication skills to interact with colleagues and clients/guests.
