Mechanical and Thermal Plant Maintenance Technician

Job S.p.A. - Career Center di Milano selects for a prestigious company specializing in the development of technological networks for telecommunications, energy, and rail transport, and third-party maintenance. The resource will be part of a team of 4 technicians dedicated to an important contract at a hospital in the North East province of Milan. Specifically, it will be responsible for the maintenance of industrial thermal, hydraulic, and air conditioning systems (boilers, burners, chiller groups, heating systems), in a multi-building situation. The ideal candidate has experience in conducting thermal industrial plants equipped with steam generators, is able to perform seasonal changes in a multi-building environment with heat exchangers and is able to operate on: - Centralized air conditioning systems with Chiller and Evaporative Towers; - 2 and 4-tube systems; - Pumping stations and maintenance; - Air treatment UTA: - Humidifiers; - Defoggers; - Regulation through BMS. Requirements - Diploma of mechanical/electromechanical technician or professional qualification: - At least 5 years of experience in the role: - Preferably possession of a certificate for operating boilers of higher grade and steam generators; - Preferable possession of Fgas patent; - Desired skills in welding; - Flexibility in working hours and availability for availability and travel. - We are looking for a person with a keen problem-solving ability and good manual skills.
