Maintenance Technician - Hotel and Restaurant Industry – URGENT

Inplace, for a client company operating in the hotel and restaurant industry, with headquarters in Milan city center, is looking for a maintenance technician with at least 5 years of experience in the role and knowledge of the sector. The search has an urgent character. The expected tasks are: - Management and control of equipment; - Planning of maintenance activities in the short, medium, and long term; - Management of ordinary and extraordinary maintenance activities with particular attention to the scheduling of work; - Verification of the correct functioning of equipment and systems; - Identification and resolution of technical problems; - Collaboration with the technical department to develop and implement maintenance plans; - Participation in the development of the maintenance budget; - Monitoring and control of maintenance costs; - Identification and implementation of energy-saving measures; - Participation in the development of the company's environmental sustainability plan; - Collaboration with the technical department to develop and implement maintenance plans; - Participation in the development of the company's environmental sustainability plan.
