Senior and Junior Electrical-Mechanical Maintenance Technician

LHH LHH is a specialized consulting firm in the search and selection of professionals operating in the field of Senior and Executive Management. For an important company operating in the food industry, located in the province of Modena, we are looking for a Senior and Junior Electrical-Mechanical Maintenance Technician reporting directly to the Maintenance Manager. The resource will be responsible for ordinary, extraordinary, and preventive maintenance on production equipment, ensuring correct functioning of lines and operational continuity. Responsibilities Reporting directly to the Maintenance Manager, the resource will be responsible for ordinary, extraordinary, and preventive maintenance on production equipment, ensuring correct functioning of lines and operational continuity Main responsibilities: -Perform ordinary, extraordinary, and preventive maintenance on electrical-mechanical equipment. -Diagnose and resolve electrical, mechanical, and pneumatic faults. -Collaborate with the production team to reduce downtime and improve plant efficiency. -Compile intervention reports and update technical documentation. -Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company procedures. Your Profile Requirements: -Technical diploma (preferably in electrical, mechanical, or mechatronic engineering). -Previous experience in electrical-mechanical maintenance, preferably in companies operating in the food industry. -Knowledge of electrical, mechanical, and pneumatic systems. -Ability to read electrical and mechanical diagrams. -Problem-solving skills and teamwork attitude. Working conditions: -Shifts: work on 3 shifts (morning, afternoon, night). -Availability: requested availability for weekend maintenance interventions (paid as overtime). -Contract and remuneration commensurate with experience.
